Please note that the Chasing Winter cover is a linen blend so pilling will occur if dug at /scratched  - we are unable to accept returns for beds damaged in this way.

IMPORTANT!

To ensure safe and compact shipping, your dog's bed is tightly vacuum-sealed. Upon arrival, you MUST remove the Chasing Winter cover from the bed and allow the memory foam to fully expand for a minimum of 12 hours before use.
